Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

We provide Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of the structure and fabric of proposed buildings. We will provide advice on reducing the embodied carbon of developments by improving resource efficiency or selecting alternative materials. Our reports can be used to support planning applications where buildings are being replaced, by showing reduced life cycle carbon emissions over the lifetime of the proposals. The outcome of the assessment can be used to demonstrate compliance with the BREEAM 2018 Mat 01 credit.
