Teddington Cricket Club Pavilion
JAW Sustainability were appointed by Teddington Cricket Club as the consultants for the development of a new office building at Teddington Cricket Pavilion. JAW are providing BREEAM consultancy and assessment services during the Design and Post Construction stages of the development. We worked closely with Reed Watts Architects and the design team to achieve the targeted BREEAM certification.

Zotefoams PLC Factory 2 Expansion
JAW Sustainability were appointed to act as the BREEAM and Energy Assessor for the new build 4,500 sqm factory facility at Zotefoams PLC. We worked closely with the design team from RIBA Stage 1 to develop a robust scheme to meet the requirements most suitably within the industrial setting and add value to the project. We supported the planning application through the provision of an energy strategy and sustainability statement. Having been successfully certified at design stage, we continue to work closely with the team to ensure that the targets are achieved on site for this project, which is to be delivered on a tight programme.

Lingfield Lodge, London Road, East Grinstead
The proposed development at Lingfield Lodge comprises a 50-unit Extra Care Sheltered Scheme for older people with associated communal facilities. The development is also to provide community services in partnership with local charitable providers. We were appointed by MDR Associates to provide BREEAM consultancy and energy reporting for the development. We worked with the design team to review the BREEAM framework and agree on the most appropriate strategy for the building to meet its targets.

Arbor City Hotel
The development consists of the refurbishment and extension of the existing hotel building. JAW were appointed by Arbor Hotel to provide Sustainability and Energy Statements to support the planning application. JAW provided a Flood Risk Assessment and carried out energy modelling to develop a suitable strategy to achieve the required energy performance to comply the policies set out in line with the London Plan.

Ludlow Assembly Room
The development comprises of the refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed Theatre building. JAW Sustainability were appointed by Lyndon Goode Architects as the sustainability consultants on the project. We are working closely with the design team to develop an overall strategy for the building to maximise sustainability in the design and construction in terms of energy, water, materials, pollution and impact on surroundings.
