BREEAM Assessments

BREEAM Assessments are usually required either as a planning condition, to satisfy funding criteria or as a way to demonstrate the design team’s sustainability achievements. Whatever the driver, you’ll need a professional, experienced and approachable BREEAM Assessor. And that’s where we come in.

 

We are certified BREEAM Assessors as well as qualified BREEAM Accredited Professionals (APs) and have been carrying out BREEAM Assessments since 2009, working on a wide variety of new build, fit-out and refurbishment schemes including educational, office, retail, public buildings and mixed use.

 

We provide bespoke strategic consultancy to our clients, tailoring our approach with the design team to ensure effective ongoing collaboration from the kick-off of our appointment through the design and post construction stages to successful BREEAM certification.
