Hugo Boss, Westgate
The development comprises of the fit out of a new Hugo Boss retail unit in the Westgate shopping centre in Oxford. JAW were appointed by Grigoriou Interiors to provide support for the BREEAM Fit Out Assessment. JAW played a key role in achieving the BREEAM Assessment by assisting in the assessment of evidence including evaluating the compliance of materials, finishes and sanitaryware.

Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross
The development at Coal Drops Yard, situated in Kings Cross, opened on 26th October 2018. The renovation consisted of the refurbishment of the Victorian marshalling yards to create a unique retail quarter. The historic brick arches are now home to a range of independent boutiques, restaurants, bars, music venues and galleries.
JAW were appointed to provide energy performance modelling and advice for the refurbished retail units. JAW worked closely with the developers, Argent, to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on a tight deadline. We completed energy modelling for the development to provide a suitable strategy to achieve the required energy performance.

Oasis, Oxford
The development consists of the retail fit out for a new Oasis store in Oxford. JAW were appointed by Grigoriou Interiors to provide contractor support for the BREEAM Fit Out Assessment. JAW worked closely with Grigoriou Interiors to assess the compliance of evidence provided for the BREEAM Assessment in order to achieve the targeted score of Very Good.
